Though it is a spray coatings but the system is other than usual spray. The spray gun, the booth & the baking temperature is specially designed. The system is electro-depositing.

In liquid spray coating system, the paint which does not adhere to the substrate, goes waste where as in the powder coating system it falls in the coating booths, which can be collected, remixed with the next batch in small proportions for re-use.

Available in three forms, matt, satin & glossy.

Pre-Treatment : Substrate mainly metal is pretreated in severe bath system, where cleaning, pickling, descaling & phosphating is done. Dry washed with hot air or cleaned with cloth. Ready to be painted.
