Vacuum Metalizing : This is Electro depositing system under vacuum.
Base coat & top coat is applied and is used for metal,
plastic & glass. Polyester
reflectors, Bangles, Decorative
article., Artificial zari is polyester film coated with
gold or silver powder by vacuum metalizing. |

Hammer tone finishes : Very Popular finish for steel furniture,
while
making furnitures, hammering marks are visible, to hide this defect the hammer tone
finish is applied. Thecoating gives a finish which is like small drop lets and hides all
types of surface defects. |

wrinkle finish
: In this system the
coating gets wrinkles during drying by air oxidation or during stoving. Mainly used on helmets,
stoves, Hospital & Electrical appliances. |

Flamboyant
Finishes: Mainly used
on lanterns, bicycles, helmets etc. In this
coating first a
metallic base coat is applied and then a transparent
pigmented finish is given for extra
gloss and protection. |
